day 490...GOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...63 outside this morning and rain is headed this direction....wakin up alittle sore this mornin...but a good sore...the morning walk with the ankle weights and the weight routine yesterday pretty well wore me out, an then after the afternoon weight routine, well i fell asleep while watchin the evening news...lol...only slept half hour, but was pretty well wore out last night...so guess my body got a good workout yesterday...no weights today, just a morning walk and then floor exercises...surprised myslf the other day when i was on the floor an able to do leg lifts, without much resistance, an then did bicycle moves with legs still stretched out from the leg lifts...sometimes the things im able to do now, surprise me...cause the thought of not being able to do it is still fresh in my mind...and it just really makes me happy when i can do anything that i once couldnt do without some kind of assistance ....even gettin off the floor is gettin easier, where as at one time i had to use edge of the bed to help me to study myslf to get off the floor..so small accomplishments each an every day....not to sure whats in store for today...i think im headed to the store this morning and then who knows...need to go out in the shop an set up the weights for tomows exercises so when i do go in ther tomow, its all set up for my workouts....well need to eat breakfast and then get ready for my morning walk...hope eveyone is doing great!!!!!....catch you all later... have a great day!!!!

addon...got my morning walk in...and now to get on the floor an do a floor workout...really i feel like i could go bck to sleep...lol...but il try an stay awake on the floor...

Good morning, ET! If the ankle weights ever cause your joints to hurt (I've heard they can) they sell a weighted vest at Walmart (Gold's Gym brand). It's supposed to be easier on your joints. Lee wears a 20-lb one when he walks and he likes it a lot. I know what you mean about things getting easier. I've noticed in my exercise classes that I can do more situps and leg lifts that I could when I started. It's nice to realize those changes!! Keep up the great work!

It's true Amy! My yoga class I can do some of the tough moves now and more of them. It's a gradual process but it is neat to see the changes. now I can't wait to start seeing significant ones visually as well :) Oh and loos I am sore with ya this morning. That elliptical machine or whatever it was yesterday morning kicked my butt. I am sore all over LOL

It is raining here too -- fairly steady -- but not a downpour. I am not going to exercise today. Well -- actually it is seven thirty at night now anyway. I like watching your levels of activity - Mr. Fun. I bet I am burning calories just watching you exercise! HA!
