GOOOOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!..day 486...my my my where do the days go...already friday again...wakin up to the 40s this morning...doing a morning walk, but no weights today, a day off to heal today from lifting...not to sure whats in store for today...yesterday was a busy one...did my morning walk, then a weight routine, then wally world, lunch, set out in sun for 45 min to soak up that so much needed warm feeling, had to run an errand to the library, then another weight routine, some relax time, then supper, the days just wiz by as do the weeks anymore..havent helped with splittin any wood for a week, friend hasnt had the time thru the week, so hopefully tonight or tomow will be able to do that for a workout as well...got most of the outside stuff done here, cept for rakin the leaves once they fall...im lucky enough that my neighbor has some of the big boy toys an one of them is a wagon that he pulls behind his tractor an it mulches up the leaves, so rakin them into a line for him to drive over is all that i do...but usually we do his, ours, the neighbors acrost the street, and his next door neighbors...i really think he does em all just to keep em from makin a bigger mess in both our yards..usually when he dumps his wagon the piles go all the way acrost his yard until the city comes by to suck em up into ther truck....so what as a kid was a chore i now look at as being a good workout and a way of burning off extra calories...lol..well hope you all have a great day!!!!...better enjoy the sun while you can, cause i think around here, its gonna be a colder winter this year...hope im wrong, will have to wait an see....weather is on now...37 right now...so cooler today then yesterday...just layer up and make sure to p before i get them layers on...lol...catch you all later!!!!

ps...guess being as busy as i am now is a good thing, just seems like the days go by so quick anymore...was tellin a friend yesterday that my puter feels negelected, as i just dont spend the time on it i once did as im up an movin around more now...

i have to admit, the more i thought about it this morning, the better going back to bed sounded..and so as i was walkin past the bed, it was just to easy to go back to bed this morning for an extra hour of sleep...an then i got up an went for my morning walk...and since i didnt have a weight routine to do, it workd out really good.....

im sure you will get your extra sleep tomow morning while im out gettin my mornin walk in amryk...some days we all just need that extra sleep...to get the day started out right...
