Do I understand this correctly? It IS acceptable to lick the plate clean as long as you keep your elbows off the table? Asking for a friend. Tried to log it all. I don't know why. Habit. I can tell there is love in this food! Glad you enjoyed it. As you may know, no-tipping is the norm in Europe; the idea of having to pay the waiter's compensation through the tip I decided to give makes me feel uncomfortable 🤷🏼♀️😄

Love your description and the pictures look so good. All wait staff should get a decent wage. The waitresses around here get $3.00 an hour base pay. If your restaurant hits a slow time, you lose.

Aha! So it was one of those high end restaurants.....where you speak through your nose and keep your jaw still...sort of like President Clinton's press secretary......I get it. Well, I bet the salt is the same heated or chilled....

I could copy paste from google thesaurus to tell you how delicious it was in many different ways but let me just break it down in the most redneck way I know how: it was the best thing I've licked in a long time. The bread & dipping oils were 'okay' as well as the mixed greens & strawberries. But the roasted veggies were wonderful and that sauce with the turkey breast & gnocchi - yeah, best in a while.
