Went ahead and recorded my new weight. I think that the little gain from a week and a half ago is gone...and then some. I usually record new weights on Monday. Have dialysis Sunday and Tuesday. The clinic staff are off on Thanksgiving day, so we have a revised schedule.
Soo, a happy camper.
Met calorie goal. Stretching 30 minutes (may do more later). Bike 21 minutes.
