Homemade cheese steaks tonight🤤 steak seasoning, sea salt and pepper, garlic, of course a dippy egg 🍳. One thing I have had since joining FS. It’s been a while. Work your woe, remember your goals and remember it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change 💜💚

Oh, sautéed onions and I chose Dukes mayo, hubby did ketchup and mayo and older son mayo only. I got my little and his cousin surprise Chicken nugget happy meals.

JCmama so right no "diet" with an end. Whatever makes you feel good and works for you. Reading a book on intuitive eating, it is fascinating. Keyten and several others here keep saying it is working for them Essentially a change in you mid set and Way of Life. I'm not far into the book and am embracing the 2 author's premises. MMMM egg on Philly??? that is a new one to me.

Oh wholefoodnut, it’s definitely a twist on homemade cheese steaks my hubby and I started making probs 5 years ago. It’s definitely delicious and messy🤗❤️😋🤤😂 perfect protein, just now I make room. Actually I made room about a month after I came here. I was a hot mess when I came here!! I was so split and torn on a woe. Chris worked me through it. He might not remember, but I do. It stuck. Thanks found my woe, a bit of everything and it seems to work for me, I don’t feel like I am restricting myself at all. I absolutely love the food I make like the seafood and veggie spirals, low calorie or low carb breads, watching macros, moving more( which comes more easily after dropping weight) I did a week of intuitive eating 🤗💕😊💚 it does work!! You have to be completely comfortable in the woe you choose. December will be a year anniversary for me on FS. I am thankful for this group 💕 I went from scared to eat to finding my woe. I don’t advise intuitive eating for new folks, or binge eaters or any medical issues like constant steroids for health issues. Breathe, trial and error, find a woe, find some peace after so long of this, your belly has adapted to fullness, that is when intuitive eating works, and why I was able to do it. But.... I am no where near maintenance and I enjoy counting calories and seeing macros. It is definitely something I will feel more comfortable with when I hit my goal.

JCmama, so agreed on finding what works for you. It is my mantra. Was just wondering where the egg came from on a philly cheese steak>I had never seen an egg on one. I'm investigating the intuitive eating as I decided to learn more about it I am on steroids daily and it is a daily challenge to keep my calories and exercise to not gain the weight back. I gained some back with decreased activity due the health issues and trying to get back to workouts on a consistent basis.. It would be nice to not constantly count calories everyday. No idea if I will embrace it yet as just started the book.

Wholefoodnut, you can always try it to get a feel 💕 you know what you’re doing at this point, but I hear you on the steroids, it’s no joke!! Even 1 week can cause swelling and ravenous eating by the end, steroids daily omg.
