So, I finally pulled the trigger and got a Planet Fitness membership. I've decided to use it to throw a light second workout onto my Tuesday and Wednesday nights (my weekend from work).
Now, this last week I increased to 3300 calories/day and still lost weight. With the amount of work I'm putting in, I just need to trust when I take my measurements that there'll be muscle mass increase regardless what the scale says 💪

I think you need to eat 4500 calories a day. You’re a calorie burning machine!

Jealous of your caloric intake!!! :( Your little weight graph is slowly climbing up there though. Do you measure monthly? Me, too L2E- add 10 years. ha.

Chris, I wouldn't worry too much about photos but if you are concerned ask the kids at the entry desk. I used to see people taking photos all the time. I used to have a PF membership and may add it back in next year--need to see my health ins. updates as they were maybe covering the membership. Am at Genesis because ours has a pool, steam room and whirlpool and I needed some water exercise. Currently they do not cover my membership--I may do both next year if one is paid for. PF has lots of options and is cleaner than Genesis.

Nice workout! Do you have a home gym or a membership to another gym?

My son takes pics all the time at PF. They do not care. But when in doubt ask at the front desk.

I assumed you were kidding about the pics since Diablo takes all his there and I take mine (though few) there as well.

It's a lunk-alarm at our pf if you drop your weights dramatically. Most people wear ear buds or headphones- when I don't- it is incredibly annoying to hear other people breathe and grunt- Let alone myself... Lifting heavy is hard work and I make a bit more noise than I wish. LOL
