So, I have been re-reading my old journals to see what worked for me. I did really well when I did a thankful journal and really engaged w my buddies on FS.
I have noticed that there are some who post a lot, and only interact w their own journals but definitely do not reciprocate mine. And that's ok.
But I am losing the posts of people who regularly interact with me because they are getting lost in the shuffle.
So, I am going to whittle down my buddy list. Not a lot, but I just wanted to give you a heads up. If I cut you & you want back on, just like a journal entry and I will re add you.
Also, I am no longer going to be taking a snap shot of my calories. It's redundant. I do better w a thankful list. I might even put my water intake in my Food diary.
Thankful: Hubby & I still are in love and we are still having fun, and he's still the one. Date day today and spike day!
Goal for day: Have fun and maybe even possibly, have a beer or two? So excited, it's been sooooo long. A glass of wine in January, and a barrel of drinks May 2018.
Positive Thoughts: OMAD is rocking my world. I got this in a way that makes so much sense to me. I got this!

My feed is such a mess, if I'm missing people, it's not intentional. It's just whomever is right in front of me for the few minutes I sneak away from the work computer. That said, I really didn't understand buddies or followers until recently. No, I'm not on FB either. I try to click support when I can.

@Danana you should do it! it's actually kind of fun. 💖 @keyten77 exactly! @Katsolo. I get ya. I know I am not the center of FS, but I rather a close few than get lost in the shuffle and feel bad. I try to avoid HS feelings. Lol @Nana Ellen No, I have never been there. I am from northern RI, and that is more than 20 mins away. 😁. I went to the beach for the first time in almost 30yrs last year, I don't think we could handle island yet. Lol. The feeds have been weird for a while and I suppose going back and forth from app to net is creating syncing issues. Regardless I tried that whittle thing and it got worse. Just saying. I've found the only thing that works is following up with those who follow up with me. After that I go thru the feed and support or comment as available time allows. Having said all that I totally agree the gratitude list will yield more positivity than posting data. Great idea.

agree Bella I hate this featured thing that focuses on mostly horribly colored food phots. It will not let me change it and stay to following.

Wfood - on the app you should be able to change it right beneath the FS in the center of the green header using the drop down box. But even when I choose 'following' only I still get the people I don't follow in the feed. So I just filter to everyone. Better than 'featured' though - that gets weary.
