Has anyone heard of or is trying a product called Keto Ignite? Apparently it was on the TV show Shark Tank and is suppose to work. I don't watch Shark Tank so I'm not sure the details. Anyone out there have comments on it?

my body produce ketones for free. Yours can too. Anyways you can read about exogenous ketones of the diet doctor site https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto/exogenous-ketones

Sold on Amazon, "Keto Ignite" is advertised as "ALL-NATURAL -No frills, no fillers, just premium, scientifically formulated ingredients including raspberry ketone, L-Arginine, and African Mango." In other words, IMHO, "snake oil." Your *own* body makes its *own* ketones, for **FREE** (as liv001 said!). To do that, you eat very-low-carb, high-fat, moderate protein. When you are in "nutritional ketosis," you are manufacturing ketones (FOR FREE) by burning up your *own* fat. It doesn't cost a penny to "manufacture" your own ketones! Ingesting "exogenous ketones" (that is, "eating chemicals"), you do NOTHING to help you burn off your own fat. Any questions?
