well, yesterday evening I went off again, but today stayed within low carb and plan to do the 3 day stall breaker Tue/Wed/Thur this week. I think that might work good for me for now. Today was a so-so day at work, I'm tired of work and 'stuff' but will keep on, keeping on the best I can for now.

@liv001, a "stall breaker" on LCHF/keto might be three days of eggs every meal (varied styles -- or you may never want another egg!), or three days of zero carbs but high fat and moderate protein.
