Yes! And I make sure I pee first. 

Yup, make sure you do the pee and if possible a BM (take whatever advantage you can). First thing in the morning, no water. 

Yes unless you just want to see how much your outfit weighs.

first thing in am going into shower, at dr. I always try to wear similar clothes, no jeans, and always take off my shoes
