Day 1 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 92 mg/dL 50 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)Wow doing 50 pushups makes 30 pushups feel like ‘nothing’ 😊 I went to the gym and ran 5 miles yesterday, so, that is why I didn't gain any weight yesterday even though I ate like a maniac... The goal this week is to get down to 169lbs by Saturday, because, then the multi-day eating starts. I want to avoid hitting 180lbs. This is going to be tough… 😎 Life is Good! I hope you lose all the weight you are wanting for this week! 🙏
As for me I think that lifting weights helped me to not gain too much during my Thanksgiving weeks, I was exercising morning and afternoon 120+ minutes per day , I am planning to do the same next week .

Pushups are an awesome exercise ADWS, 50's a great continuous #. Next step...75 😊. Burning glycogen this time of year (Christmas baking, social events, etc) sure helps keep blood serum and fat storage in check, WTG!!
