Blood sugar 87 mg/dL

Don't know why I gained a pound. I only ate between 6:00pm and 9:00pm and I also ran 5 miles. I only consumed 1400 calories, But, I consumed 44 carbs. I can't lose weight on that.

Today will not be a weight loss day because we plan to go to the Cheesecake Factory for "Date Night". I plan to do OMAD (One Meal A Day) but that may not happen if, when I go to my parent's to move furniture, my mother wants to sit and talk and feed me :) She enjoys the ritual, and I don't see her often enough. I'm not going to pull some BS "I have to fast" with her when I plan to eat tonight anyway :)

The body looks great in the mirror, so I am not worried that I am getting fat. I think that when my weight is in the 160's (even barely), I am 'mentally' fine with it.

Despite calories in and calories out, if I eat high carb I just will not lose!

@HCB - Same with me. I will also not lose with high calories and low carbs. There will be no weight loss for me tomorrow because while I only did 70 carbs (still high), I went over 2k in calories :(
