Day 2 of a planned 4 day sub 1000 calorie food intake
Mon Fat 43.99 - Net Carbs 107.61 Protein 19.2 - Calories 926 (I planned to have a beer at dinner but opted not too because I still had water to remove from my basement and was pretty tired)
Tue In Progress
Wed- Fri Not started
Not worried about my low protein intake yesterday. I will not let fear or the opinion of others control me "If you don't eat enough protein, you will loose muscle. Blah, Blah Blah".
Today, I WILL ONLY have 3 cups of tea for meals (breakfast [Done],lunch and snack) with 2 creamers each and 2 Stevia packets. Yesterday, I had 2 coffees 7 AM and 2 PM with a packet of hot chocolate in each. I left work drinking only 194 calories that had 30.18 carbs (thanks Swiss Miss, that sugar!!! ) The tea today will only contain half and half and 2 packets of Stevia. This intake will put me at 60 calories and 6 net carbs between 7 AM and 4 PM and if when I let the T-Rex out tonight for dinner, I should end up with a sub 10 net carb day AND I could eat whopping 940 calorie meat meal to achieve my sub 1000 calorie planned day.
All in all, I will have 2 weeks of data to analyze by Sunday and I am looking forward to it.
Make it count.

I like the plan. When I am really sticking to my diet, I usually am right around 1000 calories. It's not too hard for me when I am eating just 2 meals a day with IF.

Sounds good! Today you and I have the same amount of planned net carbs and calories. The only difference is you get to 'eat' today, not fair! :)

I admire your diligence too. Muscle loss is weight loss. Muscle is denser than fat and weighs more but muscle burns calories. I'm not giving advice. I'm happy with my weight but as for me, I'm still trying to loose fat...

Thanks all. Separating myths from reality. Heading home now and want to eat. I've been up for 11 hrs now and consumed only 40 calories and I'm not starving myself. "Hey meat, daddy is on the way!"
