It’s easy to eat a lot of calories if it’s “bad food”

But if it’s whole food is not so easy 😉

I can eat 2000 calories boiled peanuts in less than 20 minutes 😋😁

Rosio, yes! I completely agree about the good food=less calories, but bad food=calories sky high. If I don't keep track, those high calorie foods can get away from me, in that I just keep eating more and more each meal or day. 😲😕😔

I have to keep track of my calories. I would love to go back to my diet I was on a few years ago--less then 1000. It wasn't healthy and it's not reasonable, though. I'm just starting over again and I don't want to set myself up for failure. Some days are higher than others, but at the same time, I have a limit. Counting calories makes me aware of how much I eat, what is healthy and makes me make better choices. Are there going to be cheat days? Oh yeah! Am I going to count those cheat days and be mortified about the calorie intake? Heck yeah...That way I know. You got this!

On the long run It don’t matter if u cheat a day or if u don’t. what truly matters is that consistently u are making the better choice when it comes down to food choices and quantity of them

So going over my calories by like a whole day is bad? 😳🤪. Just kidding. I knew I’d go over and fit in some workouts to offset it but didn’t know I’d go over by almost 1000. Eating at a surplus for muscle growth is harder than I thought. As hard as eating at a deficit because I constantly worry that I’ll gain the fat back.
