Take some time to watch some Dr. Eric Berg videos, and Dr. Jason Fung. Bread, Blueberries, a some of the tomato are all HIGH Carb. If you can keep your carbs down to 20g/day your insulin will dive and fat will dissolve, literally melt. I see foods I used to eat here before Keto. I do still do some tomato but no bread or blueberries. All the best!
