I've been eating the burger just with a knife and fork, but I got SO tired of that, I didn't think I could face one more. Then the proverbial light bulb went off in my head. Lunch total was 5.5g carbs.

Looks great! I baked thin grilled chicken breast slices with bacon and a slice of cojack cheese on top of a tomato slice today for lunch. I will do that again.

@DrTina, I love Joseph's but in the past couple of weeks, I haven't been able to find them locally. The Flatout Flatbread is a good runner up. 👍
