How did you make it?

Peel and chop 2 bananas then freeze them overnight(or as long as it takes to completely freeze, then pulse them in a food processor with a tsp of vanilla extract until it turns into an ice cream like consistency. It's like eating vanilla banana ice cream, but healthy. It also works with 1 banana, but it's more fun to eat a whole bowl full.

Yum! I love making nice cream! There are so many ways to make it too! I got a dessert bullet just for nice cream. 🤣

Is this something you can make in bulk and successfully (flavor-wise) refreeze? It's too much work to clean up my food processor for one serving, but making 4 servings might be worth it! Has anyone tried this?

I have you just have to thaw for a little bit because it will get hard. I thaw mine in portions.

I store* mine in portions.

Brilliant idea @loveshope26 - I froze mine in bulk and it's rock hard - it probably softens quicker in portions too!

I add mulberries to my banana nice cream when they're in season. I have bananas in the freezer. I should make some tonight. The best part about it is that there is no milk, so I can eat it on a hot day. I think Bill doesn't understand that there is no added sugar in it. It's only the natural sugar from the banana, so you will loose wait naturally.

So sorry about the comment, but sugar is sugar, be it natural, organic, or even honeyi. sugar increases insulin in the blood and is stored as fat. please do some research to see if i am right. Just trying to help.

low carb bill, I'm not really trying to loose weight, I know eating 2 bananas has a lot of carbs and sugar, it's still much better than ice cream.

Here I am trying to help again, I am a retired school teacher and I noticed you spelled loose for lose. Loose is like not tight. Lose is like you misplace something like you want to lose weight. Things like this bugs me as a teacher. Please excuse me for being a pain in the rear.
