Hi Brenda. For myself I weigh daily in the morning. I only record it if there is a change. So today I weighed in at 168.6, like yesterday, so I didn't save it. TBH tho, with water weight and Keto, weighing in every 2-3 days might give you more optimistic results. :)

I weigh daily only out of habit. I record once a week unless theres no change. never weigh n when your swollen, or bloated. Its just depressing.

I weigh in every other day, only recording when there is a change. I'm not doing Keto, just my own diet.

Daily, in the morning. Puts my head in the right space for eating well and working out each day.

I weigh every morning but only log major changes, as I frequently have a shift in water weight.

I weight myself every morning just to see what I need to do for the day. for example if I'm at a steady weight every day for 3 days I need to increase my workouts.

I weigh every morning. I write it down and sometimes log it. At the first of the month I log my weight and delete the weigh ins between each month.

I weigh myself every morning on the same scale, set in the exact same location. But I only log it on Mondays because of the natural ups and downs that my body loves to tease me with. It can go up or down as it pleases. Sometimes it takes a couple weeks to settle on a number.

Blue i love that u said that about your body not deciding on a number. Makes me feel better, mine does that too.

I will weigh myself every other day or so, but only record on Fridays. I find that doing it daily does motivate me to work harder because I can see the numbers compared to what I ate/did/didnt do...it helps me know where I need to adjust. But as others have said, that isn't the whole picture, the numbers are just numbers. Weightloss comes in many forms from pounds lost to inches lost, it all matters. Those numbers do not define you, who you are defines you. No matter what size you are, you are a person worthy of love and respect. Have a great day!!

Daily, as it keeps you on the track and doesn't let you deviate.

I weigh in daily mostly, in the morning after I have evacuated. I only record once a week. I like to know how my body is fluctuating, what foods may have affected me differently. This helps me not have obsessive thoughts and helps me feel like I am in control. I only record once a week, I've picked Wednesday because "Weigh in Wednesday" has a nice ring to it, and it gives me time to recover from the weekend where I usually have indulged a bit more. The scale has become more of a tool and less of a source of shame.

Probably best to do it monthly. Because your weight fluctuates so much throughout the week that it would be not beneficial for you to check everyday and be upset with the results.

I used to everyday but only do it once a week now and it still keeps me focused.

I weigh myself pretty much every morning but only log losses. It can really affect me mentally, making me frustrated if I’m not down, but it makes me more diligent for the day. *My scale had been on a slightly uneven tile floor which seemed to make it inconsistent. So I’ve put a piece of wood underneath it now, hoping to get more accurate readings. Good luck!!

I weigh once a week - I do a personal challenge starting on Saturday and ending on Friday - so when I enter Friday's results I check my weight - daily results are too unreliable and if I waited more than a week it wouldn't keep me on track as well
