good rainy tuesday morning...woke up early for a change...decided to get a workout on recumbent bike..only bike i can ride..for next few months....working on proving doctors survey wrong..just as not everyone releases weight same ...

Doctors are wrong all the time..the VA said I'd be confined to a wheelchair for the rest of my life..it took 3yrs of determination, positive thinking to go from the wheelchair to a walker to a cane and then my own two feet...You prove them wrong to Brother.

Yay! Me too! After I had my second daughter they talked about me going home in a wheelchair.. with a one year old and a newborn 😂😂 I think it’s often our job as patients to price the doctors wrong, just because we can 😉😉💪🏻💪🏻 Go Mike !😁

My doctor is a cyclist as well...so we both share riding when I'm there for an appointment...he is younger..and in better shape...but he understands my desire to have enough movement in my shoulder to mount the bike and ride....
