I looked at your diet calendar, you eat really good. So basically to maintain you can only eat about 1000 calories? Asking for myself :)

Hi adefwebserver, it depends on the amount of exercise and also the type of work. I have an office job and don’t burn many calories through the day so 1000 is fine for me. But, if I had heavy manual work I would be aiming at 1500 to 1800 per day.
