Things seem to be going OK today. I need to get the gingerbread ice cream info into my custom food list. But after yesterdays calculations, I don't really want to tonight. I'll figure it out when I get up today and record it then. I'm still so glad that there are so many low carb sugar free recipes that never existed back in teh 70s when I first learned about Atkins. Not too many cravings lately. That's good too. I am pretty committed to not having to deal with cravings so I have been able to forget about sugar for most of the time. I know if I eat too many carbs or sugar I'll have to fight cravings and I really don't need that. I'm ready to put that lion in the cage and forget about it.
