The Insta-Pot was one of my best purchases--right up there with a salad spinner and kitchen tongs. A seriously need-now kitchen item.

I bought myself an instant pot last Christmas, and i have been too intimidated to try it... I also got myself a salad spinner for my bday! I love it, and it has helped me on this journey! Having veggies fixed and ready to go is key. Need to try the instant pot though...

Instant Pot is so easy. Jengefit, just toss some stuff in, make sure you have at least 1/2 cup of liquid and push a button. Seriously, it's that simple. Google "hip pressure cooking" for a really good web page on how to use it.

@nolansnnie, you can have them cooked or steamed. Ask your doc. It’s the raw ones that can interfere, but if you’re not eating a ton of them raw every day, it’s fine. Again, ask your doc, but most of us don’t eat enough for it to really affect you.
