AMAZING! I took some cues from above reviewers (served over zucchini noodles, baked them in the oven at 400 for 15-20 mins, served with pasta sauce) and they ended up being so wonderful. My husband raved and suggested we have leftovers tomorrow. TRY THESE NOW - with zucchini noodles because I just discovered how awesome those are too!

I was very pleasantly surprised. I took the advice of what_a_cat and baked them. They are so good!! Definitely going to make these agin and again! I would love to smother these with marinara but hello carbs, can't do it. :(. They are fine without, just thinking out loud.
