I'm a very happy 48 year old newlywed :) Unfortunately, once the wedding was over, I decided to take a week off from what had become my maniacal workout routine. One week turned into two, two turned into three, and now here I am 51 weeks later, and 20 pounds heavier.

Time to get back on track......I've got some hiking to do this summer!
