Spinach Lasagna

Sure you can buy the prepared stuff, but this easy lasagna is even better and tastier.



  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. In large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg, spinach and oregano.
  3. Grease a 13" x 9" x 4" pan, notice that four inches, so toppings have room and don't stick.
  4. Layer 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 uncooked noodles, and half of cheese mixture. Repeat.
  5. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and reserved mozzarella.
  6. Pour water around edges, cover and bake 350 °F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

This was the first real dish I ever made. (Just moved out and etc...) It was a big hit, and has been requested to be made again. Easy and delicious!
