Spicy Mexican Burger

A yummy take for a Mexican dinner.

  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl except for cheese and sour cream.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. Form into patties, should make four (size to preference).
  4. Put in to lightly greased frying pan. Cook at medium heat turning once half way through cooking. Cook till done to your liking.
  5. When burgers are almost done, put cheese on top and cover until melted. Remove from heat and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
  6. Note: a great meal when served with Mexican Jumping Beans!

FYI : I use tammed jalepeno peppers that come in a jar. If you are planning on using fresh ones, you may wnat to use less. Depends on how spicy you would like it.
