Dijon Crusted Parmesan Chicken
Delicious baked chicken breast encrusted in Dijon mustard and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and spray baking pan with cooking spray like Pam.
- Mix egg and mustard in one bowl and parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in another.
- Dredge chicken breasts in egg wash and the bread crumb mixture and place on pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.

OMG...This was sooo good. I didnt have any parmasan so i cooked it without and sprinkled a little skim mozz cheese. YUMMY YUMMY
