Directions
- Slice unpeeled orange into eight pieces; remove any seeds.
- Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container.
- Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
- Repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges slices.
- Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
- Allow flavors to meld about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
- Note: you can make this with sugar substitute, like Splenda lowering the calorie count.
