Chinese Garlic Chicken Sauce

A fantastic garlicky sauce that works well over chicken, vegetables and white rice.

  1. Put chicken stock and water in a 4 qt sauce pan.
  2. Slowly mix in cornstarch 1 tablespoon at a time with a whisk.
  3. Then add all the other ingredients in and mix well after each.
  4. Let cook as you make chicken and vegetables.

The carbs are very high. This could be a whole days carbs for some people. Using liquid sucralose for sugar and changing out a small amount xanthum gum instead of cornstarch would make this more Atkins friendly.
