Chickpeas Corn and Red Pepper Salad

Delicious and healthy salad to eat on all programs.

Directions

  1. Place rinsed corn and chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Add red pepper and onion diced finely.
  3. Add coriander, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Toss well.
  4. Note: optional to include canned 3 bean mix or parsley.
