Hello,We live in S.Oregon and love it here.We live way out in the country on ten acres and share our home with all kinds of wild critters including bear and cougars.I personally haven't seen any of them yet but Hubby has seen a large cougar in our neighborhood.I love to work with clay (both polymer clay and real clay) and am also a jewelry maker also.I have a nice studio that my Hubby built me several years ago and I work out there everyday.I am currently trying to lose some weight but not trying to hard so it will take a long while for me to get where I would like to be!!!I forget how I found this site but like what I see.

Seniors 60 plus/ where are you?
Hello,I will be 69 in two weeks and am trying to get serious about weight loss and a healthier lifestyle!!Have serious lower back pain and somedays I can hardly get out of bed,Had x rays taken and have a degenerating disc.I don't exercise but try to walk a little everyday even when the weather is bad.Life is good and I really don't like to complain just need to try harder.CLin Oregon

Well I lost my message to everyone!! Sometimes computers can be so frustrating.Anyway I am doing good today,hooray,hooray!!Barely able to get out of bed yesterday,my back hurts constantly,got the x rays back yesterday and I have a lower disc problem,will show the results to my chiropractor and see what he has to say.I know he wants me to exercise more so guess I will have to do that.Right now have serious tingling in my hands so typing is difficult,don't know what that is all about!!Anyway still trying to drink more water,some days I do OK others I just don't talk about,Well happy days to all of you, CLin Oregon

wonderful article and it really makes sense!! I have developed a very bad lower back problem and now it is hard for me to do any exercises and I used to love to walk but not now,to much pain,now I need to find something that will work for me as it is hard for me to do much of anything.Many years ago when I was healthier I joined weight watchers and proceeded to lose about 40lbs in two months which they said was way to fast,they were right!!I gained all of my weight back and then some so now have to try to get it off somehow.Any suggestions are very welcome.CL in Oregon

I had a friend who overdosed on water and her Dr.said to slow down her water intake so a person can drink to much water so watch for the signs of overdosing.I don't drink enough water and liked this article because now I will drink more than I have been.
