Chicken Paprikash

Creamy chicken than can be used over salad or rice.

Directions

  1. In a skillet add the oil and sauté the chicken cut in cubes until brown.
  2. Add the salsa, lemon juice and the soy sauce, pepper and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Serve over salad or rice.

I'm going to try this with the Fat Free Half and Half over a salad. It sounds flavorful.

Calorie count is for pressurized whipped cream not heavy whipping cream that is listed. If you use heavy whipping cream it will be over 200 calories more per serving!
