Cauliflower Soup

A warming, filling vegetable soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soften the onion and garlic.
  2. Dice the carrot and add cauliflower in small florets.
  3. Sprinkle cumin over the top. Allow to sweat for a few minutes.
  4. Cover with stock and allow to simmer until vegetables are tender, use a blender to liquidate the soup.
