Oatmeal Bread with Tomato

Soft and moist bread that is easy to prepare.

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and tomato in a blender.
  2. Add oats and beat until smooth.
  3. Transfer in a bowl then add onion flakes, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  4. Put in a nonstick bread pan, sprinkle with rosemary, and bake in the oven at 300°F for 7-8 minutes.
