Cheesy Egg Cups

Tasty, low-sugar snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Lightly grease silicone cups with vegetable oil.
  3. Whisk eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/4 of the cheese.
  4. Pour into silicone cups and cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the cups and top with cheese.
