I'm 24 years old, 5' 7", and gaining weight. After having lost 85 pounds to 145, gaining 18 pounds back is horrible. I do not want to be 230 again. So, I'm seeking out help and accountability.

I am making a lifestyle change, not a diet; therefore, the changes I make and goals I met must be something I can do for life.
Eating
1. I will be mindful of what I eat, meaning no eating while distracted by other things, like TV. When it is time to eat, it is time to eat and nothing else.
2. I will make healthy eating choices. Wheat for white, water for soda, mustard for mayo. All the easy healthy substitutions that are advertised, I will do.
3. I will not snack late at night. This is my Achilles' heel. Instead, I will drink water or relaxing tea, chew gum, brush my teeth, etc.
4. I will cheat, once a week, religiously.
5. When I mess up, I will forgive myself and get back on track.

Exercising
1. I will exercise five times a week. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I will lift weights. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I will do ab exercises. On all five days, after weights and abs, I will do some type of cardio for no less than 45 minutes. I will try to incorporate running, elliptical, biking, stairmaster, and swimming into my cardio session.
2. I will also participate in a yoga class at least once a week. If none is available, I will buy a video.
3. When on a day I do not feel like exercising, I will at least get dressed and go for a walk. If I still don't feel it, I will go home guilt free.
4. Weekends will be active days too. I will go for walk or some other fun activity.
5. I will be able to do a pull up.
