I am a working mom with 3 kids. My job takes up quite a bit of my time on a regular basis and I have developed awful eating habits. I work for a major fast food chain and I am surrounded by unhealthy options all day. There are healthy things to choose also, but its more convenient and easy to just grab a burger and fries to eat.
So to restart dieting and calorie counting! I have a lot of weight to lose that I've had for a long time. I want to be fit and healthy for myself and for my family. I hate being the fat mom. So its time for a change.
