First Day of Challenge
First day of challenge and went on 40 minute walk with my daughter whose home from college on spring break. Although I realized I'm really out of shape and felt the burn it was an enjoy walk.

Saturday - beautiful weather. Took the dogs & MDH to the park. 3:35 - 5:15pm. Happy to get started with a solid 35 minutes aerobic walk at a good clip.
