39 yrs old, was active, now i'm getting back into it. 4 time Ironman and best weight in adult life was 10yrs ago at 205 after IM Lake Placid. I want to get to 215 and lose my chin and stomach. I'm also just starting my own business and moved 5 months ago to NYC, so I do have some stress.
