I'm 37 years young and I've been overweight pretty much all of my life. So this is it. I'm done being the heavy girl. I'm ready to take charge and finally just feel not good about myself, but GREAT about myself.
I have a pretty good healthy ego, so its not about self loathing. Its just about laziness and my problem is exercising. My other BIG issue is evening snacking. I am single so I don't go out much and instead I sit at home and watch TV. This is really a downward spiral for me.
I know that if I just focus on exercise and no eating after 7 pm, I can reach my goal with no problem. So for now, those are the 2 things I will focus on. Baby steps right?
Ok, My goal is August 1st! I may not hit my goal weight by then, but that day I better at least be in a new mindset with new lifestyle changes.
