My starting weight is 141.8. Last year when I was sick I weighed 110 coming down from 134. I was getting so skinny it was scary. I am 49 have three cats, which are my only kids, and I have a wonderful husban I am into positive thinking, alternative healing methods along with juicing and using food to heal and youth. I have done some extreme healing protocols. I am not all veggies and weird food I also believe it's about balance. I am now back from about 2 years of hell and where I had developed MCS from taking a doctor prescribed hormone and major stress and being perimenopausal. I was so wacked out I could not leave my house much, watch TV or work. I cured my adrenal fatigue and I have hypothyroidism and am now on the road to being healthier than I have been in 10 years. I have gained weight back and then some form over eating and antidepressants the last few months. I have dropped the anti depressants and started back exercising which is something I could not do for 2 years because of my illness. Life is now awesome thanks to brain retraining, eating healthy and amino acids. My goal is to get back lost muscle mass and lose weight.

PROTEIN SHAKES THAT TASTE GOOD
I like the one from Costco it's Muscle Milk 100% Whey Protein Vanilla. 27g of protein per serving. I like to add fruit and veggies to mine mostly so my palate my differ from yours. I think I get your drift, sometimes you just need something that pretends to taste like a treat but isn't. I wish their were a fast food low cal shake.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weight myself once a day every morning. If I didn't I would over eat and weigh a lot more by now. I love food too much and a scale is my gauge that says hey your eating way too much.

Entering different weight
Ahhh, okay well darn. I actually started my diet before I started using Fatsecret.com and I wanted it to reflect my real weight loss instead of looking like I gained. Thanks for your reply.

Entering different weight
When ever I try to enter a historical weight or change my start weight it gives me two error messages that the weight I am entering is before the current date and save not permitted. Has anyone else gotten this?
