Hi everyone..i have been using fat secret since the beginning of November 2011. I used to weigh 234 pounds. After losing 14 pounds i discovered fat secrets and have used it daily to log everything i eat and log my calorie burning activities. It has been a great help and without it i very much doubt i would have achieved my goal of dropping down to 160 pounds. I now wear 32-34 in waist pants instead of 42-44 and i feel great!!! I hit my target weight coming up to 2 weeks ago but i still use fatsecret to log everything, until i am confident that i can maintain my weight.
Fatsecret was the answer for me and i hope is for you all too.
