Breaking down recipes
5.3 oz of meat 1/8 cup egg 1 pepper 3/4 cup rice 1/8 can sauce 1/4 onion sprinkle of cheese salt pepper and garlic powder

If you are using egg substitute then 1/4 cup is one egg so 1/2 cup is 2 eggs that's how I figured this out for you same if you use regular eggs
