More protein less fat?
I am having a hard time getting in my appropriate levels of protein. On average about 2/3 of my diet is carbs, less than 1/3 is fat and the rest is protein. I am a vegetarian and have been eating nuts and beans almost everyday. But many of those have more fat than protein! What can I eat to reduce carbs and fat and increase protein? Thanks for the help!

What can you guys recommend for the best Dancing workout?
I think that whatever you have fun with. Belly and Latin dancing are my favorites so that's what I do for cardio.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I usually weigh once a week. That way I know how I'm doing pretty regularly without getting obsessive about it. If I weighed myself everyday, I would probably get discouraged or harder on myself. Weighing in every week keeps me on track.
