I'm a 61 year old retired teacher. I have 1 daughter and a granddaughter who is in the first grade. I swim with a group of women every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. And then we play cards for 1-2 hours after our time in the pool. I was on weight watchers over 5 years ago and lost 67 pounds, but couldn't reach goal. Since then I have had a hip and knee replaced. Weight came back. So now I am on weight watchers again. So far I have lost 30 pounds since September. Working towards goal again.
