How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Friday mornings are my official weigh in day.......but occassionally I toss a mid-weeker in there as well! I find there's too much daily fluxuation to do it more than that.

Need to get back to exercising more regularly....and water. must drink water!!!

ate well, but a little lax on exercise this week....also need to be more consistent with water intake. At least the scale is moving in the right direction!
