Eating after work....
Yes - I came across something on the internet last week. Someone simply wrote "you aren't a dog, so stop rewarding yourself with food". It really resonated with me - why do I promise myself a cookie or food treat for my achievements. I've made a promise to myself to stop associating food with reward and for the foreseeable refuse to reward myself with food.
