Hi everyone. I fairly new to this and I have no idea how to manuer this lol. Im 22 years old and I need to lose this fat!! I am so fet up with nothing fitting me. I let go of drinking soda so now all I am drinking is water and maybe tea. i try to eat salads and stay more healthy I guess. If there is anything you all can suggest in order for me to lose weight faster or what not please dont hesitate to send me a message or whatever lol.
