Hi my name is Cynthia. I have been a fat secret member since January 12, 2008. I have managed to lose a total of 35 lbs this year. I am a fulltime Early Childhood educator and currently attend Fort Hays University online. I have been married 12+ years and have two wonderful children, Breanna 18, and Brandon 12. I also have 3 great step children: Marcella 16, Andy 21, and Joey 23. In my new picture I am holding my newest granddaughter; Samantha. She was born December 26th.

Today I walked 1 1/2 hours = 5 miles
My ususal is 1 hr = 3miles

My mini goal is to get back to journaling my food diary, drink more water, and get re-focused and continue to workout some way, some how every day Very Happy
