Hi everyone so I got on this site because I'm seriously overweight and I need to change my lifestyle before I don't have one I've always said a person only has one life so they need to live it to the fullest but I'm a hypocrit because I don't take that to heart I've tried a lot of diets and some worked but then crashed because I have a habit of doing things to the extreme and when I fall I fall hard that being said I have a drpepper weakness that always contributes to my down fall not sure if its sugar or caffiene that gets me there but anyhow if anyone knows of a great substitute hit me up I'm more than willing to try something new

im not on a low carb diet because i tried atkins and i didnt like the way i felt when i was on it but i do know that i need to stay under a certain amount still. im also very new to this diet thing so can someone tell me what a healthy amount of carbs is and fat grams? what number should i try to stay under thanks everyone who can help me out

fast food frustrating
I think they are all evil I love veggies though and eat a lot of them that's my new plan stick with salads and stay away from bread and I've replaced my sodas with sobe lifewaters they are really yummy

You know I'm not sure how this happened and I think its insane but I lost 30 lbs working at mcdonalds yea I know wow but that was a year ago I've been at quiznos for a year and I had to go to dr appt the other day and I've gained 40lbs some how I thought quiznos was healthier wrong train of thought I guess so frustrating time to lay off bread and dressings that stuff can really mess you up
